eleclTlc power lines at any time, even if the wiras sag or sway es e result of increased
!emperatures, wind, eleclricalloading on the wires, or other conditions.
Subject to the foregoing limitations, the ReseIVed Easemen.. may be used by Grantee
for roads, agricultural crops and other pUlpas.. not inconsistent wi!hsald easements, upon
the condllion that such acts do not interfere with any existing or future electricai lines of the
Grantor, or resullin tha VIolation of any state, local or federal law or regulation or the
National Electrical Safely Code es the same now exist or mey hereafter be amended.

hal1TIless from any and aD liability or claim of liability for mjury or death of persons or
damage to property arising out of any use of the Reserved Easements by any person or
