Mayor & City Council,
Please defer the Final Plat for Arcadia Subdivision that is scheduled for the January 25th City Council agenda until the
next available meeting. The applicant currently cannot provide a secondary source of water for the development and is
dependent upon another property's application to the City which is in process of being prepared. The Ada County Highway
District required the applicant to provide 60-feet of public right-of-way frontage along Jericho Road which the applicant
has not shown on the plat.
