Because the steven DiMaria application for a temporary hot dog stand
requires more direction from the Council on what staff is to analyze when
preparing a recommendation for temporary uses, I have not prepared a staff
report yet. I know this application has been noticed, but it is my
understanding that the Legal Department will try to get some direction from
the Council on how staff is to proceed with a report (findings to make
and/or standards to evaluate) on a pre-council agenda. I will prepare a
staff report for the future (continued) hearing date. Please let me know if
I am missing something. Thanks,
