The sole purpose is to operate for the sale of Chicago style hotdogs and
Italian beef sandwiches and appropriate condiments.
The above is contingent upon you satisfactory obtaining all
legal documents and licenses from all City, County and State agencies
as necessary to operate said business at this location.
In addition to the above, a copy of your liability insurance
listing the Rite Aid Corporation in the amount of$2,OOO,OOO, must be
furnished.
Upon satisfactory completion of the above and copies furnished
to me, we can proceed with the rest of our terms to operate your business
at said location.
