Dear Mr. Berg
We are the owners ofthe property at 1624 Main Street - currently occupied by AutoZone
Auto Supply.
Several years ago we tried to have a similar business, like the Hot Dog business, occupy
the area in fiont of our property. It was vetoed by the other owners of the property
because it is in violation of our cross-property parking agreements. In addition, we were
required to have our tenants, the Salvation Army, remove their "drop-off' truck fiom the
ftont of our parking - even though it was moved to the back of the building every night.
In addition to this - any and all traffic to a new business would burden our parking
surface because of the ingress and egress and reduce the usable number of parking
spaces, which is in violation of the zoning codes.
