Re: Steven DiMaria's Chicago-Style Hot Dogs
Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing in strong support for the business of Mr. DiMaria located in the Rite-Aid parking lot Mr.
DiMaria has brought to this community heretofore unavailable delicacies known as the Chicago-style
hot dog, Italian beef sandwich, and meatball submarine.
As I attended medical school at Northwestem University I was blissfully made aware of these delicious
foods. Mr. DiMaria has captured the essence of these dishes perfectly. In addttion, I know him to be
an outstanding citizen wtth an unblemished reputation.
I ask you not only to avoid interference with his business, but also to do whatever you can to support
this unique and worthwhile endeavor.
