Dear David:
Attached please find the resubmittal of information required as a result of the Planning and
Zoning Commission hearing on March 7, 2002.
10 copies of the revised Preliminary Plat. We have modified the layout to provide the
tow accesses to the large open space area in the center of the site. This has dictated
some minor lot renumbering, which has been approved by John Priester (copy of
email attached). We have added the required notes relating to the ownership and
maintenance of the common area and the ingress and egress. The dumpster locations
have been changed in accordance with discussions with Sanitary Services Company.
One copy of the correspondence and approval from Sanitary Services Company.
10 copies of the revised Landscape Plan.
Literature on fencing options to be used.
Please review the enclosed material and let me know if there is anything else you need prior to
the City Council hearing on April 2, 2002.
