Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application.
All private laterals and waste ways must beprotected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID will need to review drainage
plans. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
