Dear C. Jay:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a Land Use Change Application currently
on file for this project. NMID will withhold any further comment until our review is
complete.
However, please be advised that contrary to the information within the development packet,
this development is in NMID, not Settlers Irrigation District. Irrigation water will be
provided by a pressure system owned and operated by NMID.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained onsite. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
