The Boise Project Board of Control has no objection to the Final Plat consisting of 24
family residential lots on 7.502 acres of land as long as the following items are addressed.
This property lies within the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District, as noted in the plans,
but is serviced by the Boise Project Board of Control via the United States' Tumbler
Lateral.
Boise Project assumes that the Pressurized Irrigation System will be owned by the Home
Owners Association for Timberline Subdivision, If this information is incorrect; Boise
Project wants to be notified as soon as possible as to how the subdivision will be
serviced.
Storm Drainage and/or Street Runoff must be retained on site.
This development is subject to Idaho Code 31-3805, in accordance, this office is
requesting a copy of the irrigation and drainage plans.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring
properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
