Dear Will:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District does not vacate lateral easements unless new
easement is described to be put in the vacated place. Nampa & Meridian Irrigation
District does, however, allow encroachment with a signed License Agreement. The
portion of East Granger appears on the plat does not impact Nampa & Meridian Irrigation
District, therefore we can not comment on it.
