Broadway Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 VIA EMAIL Development Application H-2018-0053 FP Project Name BAINBRIDGE SUBDIVISION NO 8 Project Location East of North Black Cat and west of North Ten Mile Road, south of US-20/26 milepost 35.96 Project Description Construct a subdivision consisting of 52 residential units and 8 common lots Applicant Brighton Investments LLC The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced final plat application and has the following comments: 1. The project does not abut the State highway system. 2. The City is reminded that the US-20/26 corridor is already congested. This project will increase the number of vehicle trips in the corridor. As the City continues to add additional trips to the corridor through development, the congestion will worsen until the roadway system is ultimately overloaded and fails. ITD has no current funding assigned to mitigate traffic congestion in the US- 20/26 corridor in this area. 3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway. 4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. ITD does not object to the construction of a subdivision consisting of 52 residential units and 8 common lots as described in the application.
