RE: Normandy Subdivision No. 2 a
Time Extension Application
Dear Sonya,
On behalf of Challenger Development, Inc. and Schultz Development LLC, this letter is
to request a time extension for the final plat signatures on the Normandy Subdivision
No.2 and No. 3 final plats. The Preliminary Plat (PP -15-08) for the overall 27 acre site
was approved on July 7, 2015 by the City Council. The City Engineer signed the final
plat for Normandy Subdivision No. 1 on March 23, 2016 and the final plat was recorded
on June 10, 2016.
The final plats for both Normandy Subdivision No. 2 (FP -2016-0084) and No. 3 (FP -
2016 -0085) were approved by Meridian City Council on August 9, 2016. We anticipate
obtaining City Engineer signatures, finishing construction, and recording both plats in the
summer of 2018 in accordance with the 2016 approvals. As such, we are requesting a 1 -
year time extension for the final plat signature.

we dont want it to expire and we are in the middle of construction to record this summer on both phases at the
same time. fall and winter weather delays prevent completion before early summer
