On behalf of Trilogy Development, please accept this application for Time Extension of the
Preliminary Plat for the proposed Edgehill Subdivision located at 1393 & 1405 W Victory Road,
Meridian, Idaho, Section 25, T3N, R1W, BM, Ada County, Parcel #S1225223205 and
#S 1225223185. The preliminary plat was approved on February 23, 2016 for 123 lots on 40.19
acres and will expire on February 23, 2018.
The developer, Trilogy Development is requesting a two year time extension to allow for
development in the area to bring public utilities (water/sewer) closer to the site.
This letter and fee ($53) has been submitted in accordance with the requirements of the City of
