On behalf of Chinden & Linder Crossing, LLC, we are pleased to present the attached application and
supplements for a property boundary adjustment between the lots referenced above.
The subject parcels are located at 1717, 1691, and 1653 West Island Green Drive in Meridian and are
identified as Lots 2-4, Block 2 of Chinden and Linder Crossing Subdivision. The purpose of this adjustment
is to create a more desirable parcel configuration to accommodate future development. No additional
parcels will be created as a part of this application.
