Broadway Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 VIA EMAIL RE: HP-2018-0037 FP CREASON CREEK SUBDIVISION NO 2 The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced final plat application by CS2, LLC for Creason Creek Subdivision No 2 consisting of 16 single family residential lots and 2 common lots on a parcel located east of North Linder Road and south of West Ustick Road, south of US-20/26 milepost 37.32. ITD has the following comments: 1. This project does not abut the State highway system. 2. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway system. 3. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at (208) 334-8832 for more information. 4. ITD does not object to the construction of 16 single family residential lots and 2 common lots as presented in the application.
