irrigation District (NMID).. Please contact Both Carter, Boise Project- Board of Control, at

delivery and any other, comments.
If a,qy surface drainage leaves the site, NMID requires a filed Land Use Change Application
for review prior to final platting. Please contact Elke Adams at (208) 466-7861, or 1503 First

All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended that irrigation water
