1. MINIMUM BUILDING SETBACK LINES SHALL CONFORM TO THE APPLICABLE ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN AT THE TIME OF ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT.
2. THE BOTTOM OF STRUCTURAL FOOTINGS SHALL BE SET A MINIMUM OF 12—INCHES ABOVE THE HIGHEST ESTABLISHED
