RE: Boise Hotel Enterprises, LLC & ABC 2, LLC Hotel Conditional Use
Dear Council Members,
My company owns and operates the Ram Restaurant at the corner of Eagle & Pine in
Meridian. Ai; a member of the Meridian community, I urge you to approve Boise Hotel
Enterprises application for a hotel at Eagle & Pine. I can say from personal experience
that hotel rooms are desperately needed in this area oftown. Aside &om supplying a
demand for this type of business, this project would have a very soft and complimentary
impact on adjacent neighborhoods, businesses and infrastructure.
Thank you for your consideration of this letter. Please vote to approve Boise Hotel
Enterprises, LLC's application for a hotel at Eagle and Pine.
