RE: H-2018-0029 AZ ZIMMERMAN AUTO BODY
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the annexation and zoning applications by
Brian Zimmerman requesting annexation and zoning of a 1.13 acre parcel with an I-L and a 0.42 acre
parcel with a R-8 zoning district in order to allow for future establishment of Zimmerman Auto Body.
The site is located at 1775 West Pine Street, north of I-84 milepost 42.92. ITD has the following
comments:
1. This property does not abut the State highway system.
2. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State
highway.
3. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant
may contact Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way
Section at (208) 334-8832 for more information.
4. ITD does not object to the annexation and zoning of the parcels as presented in the
application.
