Broadway Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 VIA EMAIL RE: H-2018-0035 FP WHITEACRE SUBDIVISION NO 5 The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced final plat application by Kent Brown representing Whiteacre Development for Whiteacre Subdivision No 5 consisting of 46 residential lots and 6 common lots on a parcel located west of North Meridian Road and south of West McMillan Road, south of US-20/26 (West Chinden Boulevard) milepost 38.18. ITD has the following comments: 1. This project does not abut the State highway system. 2. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at (208) 334-8832 for more information. 3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway. 4. ITD does not object to the construction of 46 residential lots and 6 common lots on the parcel as presented in the application.
