CC - Meridian PressNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: City of Meridian for Annexation and Zoning of 1.99 acres of with an the R-8 zoning district for Fire Station No. 6 Annexation (H-2018-0016) located at 1435 W. Overland Road; Schultz Development for Annexation and Zoning of 14.80 acres of land with an R-4 zoning district; and Preliminary Plat consisting of 38 Building Lots and 11 Common Lots on 14.80 acres of land in the Proposed R-4 Zoning District for Wells Subdivision (H-2018-0017) located near the Northeast Corner of S. Locust Grove and E. Amity Roads. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
