HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC - ITD April 18, 2018 C.Jay Coles Meridian City Clerk’s Office 33 East Idaho Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 VIA EMAIL RE: H-2018-0025 MI GRAMERCY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION NO 2 EXTENSION The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced application by Gramercy LLC requesting a City Council review for the purpose of extending the expired plat to allow a 6 month extension to obtain City Engineer’s signature for Gramercy Heights Subdivision No. 2 final plat located on a parcel south of East Overland Road and west of East Copper Point Dr., south of I-84 milepost 45.66. ITD has the following comments: 1. This property does not abut the State highway system. 2. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway. 3. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at 208-334-8832 for more information. 4.
