Storey Park Phase II
Idaho Power's Relocation of Facilities to Accommodate Park Changes
The Parks and Recreation Department respectfully requests the following item to be placed
on the January 11, 2005 City Council agenda, under Consent Agenda, for Council's approval:
Idaho Power's relocation of facilities to accommodate park changes which includes
engineering charges, the removal and relocation of power poles, removal and replacement of
service riser, install secondary service riser, remove existing vault, attach new 3" service
conduit to existing 3" conduit, and install new service.
Recommended Council Action: The Parks and Recreation Department recommends that the
City Council approve the costs for Idaho Power's relocation or removal with no new power
load and engineering charges for Storey Park Phase II construction for $17,353.00, with the
possibility of $3000.00 refund for unusual conditions which is built into the total amount and
authorize the Mayor to sign it.
Thank you for your consideration. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the
above item.

Unusual Conditions Acknowledgement
Unusual Conditions are construction conditions not normally encountered. These
conditions may include, but are not limited to: trost, landscape replacement,
road compaction, pavement replacement, chip-sealing, rock digging, boring,

requirements.
I have read and understand the above definition of Unusual

tariff, Rule H. I further understand that Idaho Power Company will
determine the type and extent of the Unusual Conditions encountered.
Unusual Conditions charged for on the Customer Cost Sheet, but not
encountered, will be refunded to the Customer by Idaho Powßr
Company after the completion of construction.
