BIRD, DONNELL, ROUNTREE, WARDLE
A RESOLUTION V ACA TING THE IRRIGATION EASEMENT ALONG
THE EASTERN (TEN) 10 FEET OF LOTS 2, 3, AND 4; THE NORTHERN (TEN)
10 FEET OF LOT 2; THE SOUTHERN (TEN) 10 FEET OF LOT 3; THE
NORTHERN (FIVE) 5 FEET OF LOT 3; AND THE SOUTHERN (FIVE) 5 FEET
OF LOT 4; AS FILED AND RECORDED WITH THE ADA COUNTY
RECORDER IN BOOK 82 OF PLATS, PAGE 8898; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on November 2, 2004, the City Council of Meridian, held a hearing
on the vacation of the irrigation easement along the Eastern (ten) 10 feet of Lots 2,3, and
4; the Northern (ten) 10 feet of Lot 2; the Southern (ten) 10 feet of Lot 3; the Northern
(five) 5 feet of Lot 3; and the Southern (five) 5 feet of Lot 4, as filed and recorded with
the Ada County Recorder in Book 82 of Plats, Page 8898, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by fonnal motion, did approve
said described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the irrigation easement along the Eastern (ten) 10 feet of Lots 2,
3, and 4; the Northern (ten) 10 feet of Lot 2; the Southern (ten) 10 feet of Lot 3; the
Northern (five) 5 feet of Lot 3; and the Southern (five) 5 feet of Lot 4, as filed and
recorded with the Ada County Recorder in Book 82 of Plats, Page 8898; is hereby
vacated. Copies of the necessary relinquishments are attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
its adoption and approval.

The entity signatory hereto relinquishes any and aU their rights to the following
described pubLic utiLities easements:
1, A parceL of land described as the easterly 10 feet of Lots 2, ) and 4 of Bleck 1 of
the Stokesberry Subdivision as shown on the official plat thereof in Book 82 of plats
at Page 8898 In the records of Ada County, Idaho; EXCEPT the southerly 44 feet
thereof AND EXCEPT the northerly 10 feet thereof.
2. A parcel of land described as the northerly 10 feet of Lot 2 and the Southerly 10
feet of Lot 3 of Block 1 of the Stokesberry Subdivision as shown on the official plat
thereof in Book 82 of plats at Page 8898 in the records of Ada County, Idaho;
EXCEPT the westerly 15 feet thereof.
3. A par¡;el of land described as the northerly 5 feet of Lot 3 and the Southerly 5 feet
of Lot 4 of Block 1 of the Stolœsberry Subdivision as shown on the official plat
