NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2018 for the
purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of:
Calvary Chapel Meridian for Conditional Use Permit (H-2018-0031) for a church on 8.36 acres of land in
the I-L Zoning District for Calvary Chapel located at 3600 West Nelis Ave.
Brian Zimmerman for Annexation and Zoning (H-2018-0029) for 1.13 acres of land with the I-L (0.72
acres) and R-8 (0.42 acres) for Zimmerman Auto Body located at 1775 W. Pine Ave.
Brighton Corporation, Inc. for Conditional Use Permit (H-2018-0033) for Paramount Self Storage
located at 5100 N. Dyver Ave.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be
heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be
submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104,
Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the
above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all
materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the
provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents
and/or hearings should contact the City Clerkâs Office at 208-888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the hearing.
