Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application as the irrigation water for this property is delivered by Boise Project Board of
Control. Please contact Bots Carter with Boise Project Board of Control at (208) 344-1141 or
2465 Overland Ted, Boise, ID 83705-3155.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
