MI 04-011/Sommersby Subdivision
Dear Will:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment onthe above referenced
application for Miscellaneous request to amend/replace the existing Development
Agreement for the former Valeri Heights subdivision for Sommersby Subdivision.
However, a Land Use Change Application must be filed before this project has started to
be developed. Please contact Donna Moore at 466- 7861 at the time you are ready to
develop this.
