The Land Use Change Application has, as yet, been completed. Therefore Nampa &
Meridian Irrigation District has been Wlable to complete its review. All comments will
be withheld Wlt,ihuch a time as the review has been completed, a signed Urban Contract
has been filed, any and all encroachment and crossing agreements are in place for this
proposed project.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigati~n District has received and reviewed plans for the above-
mentioned project. Storm water is being retained onsite. This is acceptable and meets
Nampa & Meriaianlrrigation District's requirements.. '
Pressure irrigation appears to be acceptable and will be connected to the existing pump
station that wilÎ have to be updated, pump station increased to accommodate pressure and
flow for the addition to this pump station,
Enclosed is a new standard for services, which is only acceptable by Nampa & Meridian
Irrigation District, Please make these changes and contact the District's attorney, Ms-
Laura Burri at 342-4591 and ~k that she prepare an Urban Contract that will allow you
to hook-up to our exiS:üng~ Once this agri.l~.\¡Gensigned and returned it
will be presented to the District's Board of Directors iOOtheir consideration at the next
available board meeting.
Nine-Mile Drain courses through the center of this proposed proj ect. The easement on
the Nine-Mile Drain is one hundred (100)-feet, fifty-foot center each side. The crossing
is proposed in the Nine-Mile Drain. All new crossings in the Nine-Mile, through this
area, must be forty-eight (48)-inch you are proposing a Class II pipe for the crossing.
This will be acceptable provided it meets highway standards for Ada CoWlty for
emergency vehicles, load limits and such.
