RE: H-2018-0017 AZ, PP WELLS SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced annexation, zoning and preliminary
plat applications by Schultz Development for Wells Subdivision consisting of 38 building lots and 11
common lots on a parcel located north of East Amity Road and east of South Locust Grove, east of SH-69
mile point 7.25. ITD has the following comments:
1. This project does not abut the State highway system.
2. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact
Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at 334-8832 for more
information.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
4. ITD does not object to the annexation, zoning and preliminary plat applications as presented.
