Providing all storm drainage is retained on-site there will be no impact to Nampa, & Meridian
Irrigation District (NMID). However, this area is within the Settlers Irrigation District for

if an -Y, surface drainage leaves the site, NMID requires a filed Land Use Change Application

All private laterals and waste ways must be_ rotected. It is recommended that irri8ation water
be available to all deN?eloprnents within the N -AMID. Developers must comply with Idaho Code
