RE: H-2018-0014 FP GODDARD CREEK SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the final plat application by McMillan
Storage LLC for the Goddard Creek Subdivision consisting of 2 commercial lots and 1 common lot on
12.406 acres which in the future will be developed into a self-storage facility. The site is located at
2780 West McMillan Road, south of US-20/26 (West Chinden Boulevard) milepost 36.62. ITD has
the following comments:
1. This project does not abut the State highway system.
2. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may
contact Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at 334-
8832 for more information.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
4. ITD does not object to the establishment of a self-storage facility as presented in the final plat.
