NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2018 for the
purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of:
City of Meridian for Annexation and Zoning of 1.99 acres of land with an R-8 zoning district for Fire
Station No. 6 Annexation (H-2018-0016) located at 1435 W. Overland Road;
Jeff Likes for Conditional Use Permit for an Assisted Living Facility on 1.68 acres of land in an L-O Zoning
District for The Cottages (H-2018-0013) located at 2134, 2146, 2158, 2182, 2170, and 2194 W. Everest Lane;
Schultz Development for Annexation and Zoning of 14.80 acres of land with an R-4 zoning district; and
Preliminary Plat of 38 Single-Family Building Lots and 11 Common Lots on 14.80 acres of land for Wells
Subdivision (H-2018-0017) located at the Northeast Corner of S. Locust Grove and E. Amity Roads.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said
public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) mi nutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted
prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian,
Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above
applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials
presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of
the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents and/or hearings
should contact the City Clerkâs Office at 208-888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the hearing.
