A parcel of land, being shown as Parcel B on Record of Survey No. 5687 for Stubblefield
Development Company and recorded as Instrument No. 102015707, situated in a portion
of the NWI/4 of the NWI/4 of Section 12, T.3N., R.1W., Boise Meridian, City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho and described as follows:
Commencing at a brass cap monument marking the NW Corner of said Section 12;
Thence along the North line of said Section S89°53 '55"E a distance of 1326.45 feet to a
5/8 inch rebar marking the NE corner of the said NWI/4 of the NWI/4 from which a
Brass Cap monument marking the NI/4 corner of said Section bears S89°53' 55"E a
distance of 1326.45 feet and marking the POINT OF BEGINNING;

rebar;

Thence along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 17228.74, a length of
