Dear Start:
This letter is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Settlers' Irrigation District has
requested easements of sixty-feet (60') on the White Drain, and thirty- feet (30') on the
Coleman Lateral. The District also requests that the Coleman Lateral be tiled, and that
the pressurized irrigation system be installed according to the district's standards and
specifications.
In reference to Baldwin Park Subdivision, the White Drain is located on the south
boundary, and the Coleman Lateral is located on the east boundary of this property.
