SATISFACTION OF DEVELOPMENT SURETY AGREEMENT

The Development Known As: Normandy Subdivision No. 2

Challenger Development, Inc.
And
CITY OF MERIDIAN
The Development Surety Agreement, recorded as Instrument # 2017-016298, entered by and between
the City of Meridian ("City"), a Municipal Corporation, and Challenger Development, Inc.
("Developer"), is no longer valid due to construction of the project not commencing by the 1 -year
expiration date of the approved plans. This Agreement will be replaced with an updated Agreement.
