NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at
6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2018 for the purpose of review-
ing and considering the application H-2018-0006 by ALC Architec-
ture, for an Annexation and Zoning of 1.63 Acres of Land with a
C-G Zoning District; A Conditional Use Permit for a Drive-Through
Establishment within 300 Feet of a Residential Use and Extended
Hours of Operation in the C-G Zoning District of 24 Hours a Day/ 7
Days A week for Fast Eddy’s Located at 3775 N Eagle Road
