Dear C. Jay Coles:
Providing all storm drainage is retained on-site there will be no impact to Nampa & Meridian
Irrigation District (NMID). Therefore, no fi.lrther review will be required at this time.
However, if ay surface drainage leaves the site, a filed Land Use Change Application will be
required for our review prior to final platting. For further information, please contact Elke

All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended that irrigation water
be made available to all developments within the NMID. Developers must comply with Idaho
Code 31-3803.
