Provided all storm drainage is retained on-site, there will be no impact on Nampa & Meridian
Irrigation District (NMID). No fiirther review would be required.
However, if ally surfacedrainage leaves the site NMID requires a filed Land Use Change
Application for re�liew, pri> r to final platting. For further information, please contact Elke

All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended irrigation water be
made available to all developments within the NMID. Developers must comply with Idaho
Code 31-3805.
