Findings and Recommendations of Planning and Zoning Commission,
Dated February 27, 2002 for:

Winston Moore requests the following modifications to the Findings and
Recommendations for BI Dorado Business Campus:
· The owner of record should be Kimball Properties Limited Partnership, Managing
Partner: Winston H. Moore ( no._~t James Griffin.)
In the recommendations to City Council for the Conditional Use Permit, page 3 item 1
(7), change Goldstone Way to Copper Point Way. Prior to the Planning ~d Zoning
hearing on Febraary 21, it was agreed between applicant and staff that this condition
will apply to buildings south of Copper Point and not Goldstone Way. The Planning
and Zoning Conmaissioners approved our request, but apparently this change has not
been transmitted to the City Council recommendations.
In the recommendations to City Council for the Conditional Use Permit, page 3 item I
(8), Staff deleted this reqakement from the report submitted to the Planning and
Zoning Commission, dated Febn~ry 19, 2002. This condition was not reinstated by
the Planning and Zoning Commission.
In the recommendations to City Council for the Conditional Use P~nnit, page 4 item 6,
the City is requiring the applicant constrain a bridge across the Ridenbaugh Canal. It
further states if N&MID denies this bridge, item 6 shall be removed. We have

provided a letter from 1ohn And~rson of N&MID opposing construction of a bridge
across the Ridenbaugh Canal We believe this condition should be deleted.
In the recommendations to City Council for the Conditional Use Permit, page 4. item 7,
the Applicant is instructed to submit a subdivision open space calculation, Under the
Planned Use Development Ordinance, Staff advised the Planning and Zoning
Commission tlmt the development satisfied the two amenities (project provides two
open spaces, jogging path and pedestrian pathway) and therefore an open space
calculation was not required. The Planning and Zoning Commission concurred with
Staff's recommendation.
