NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the applications of:
Kobe, LLC and Cope Holdings, LLC for Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use
change the land use designation on 10.12 acres of land from Commercial to Industrial and Rezone 5.62 acres of land
from C-G (General Commercial) to I-L (Light Industrial) for Kobe/Cope Comprehensive plan map amendment and
rezone (H-2017-0157) located on the NEC of N. locust Grove and E. Franklin Road;
Designing Team for Rezone 0.36 of an acre from the R-15 (Medium-high Density Residential) district to the
O-T (Old Town) district for the purpose of operating a health and social service use for Designing Team Rezone (H-
2017-0166) located at 1226 2 and a Half Street.
Bailey Investments, LLC for Preliminary Plat consisting of 59 single family residential lots and 8 common
lots on 17.3 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district for Timberline Subdivision (H-2017-0140) Located at 655 and
735 W. Victory Road.
Brighton Investments, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 16.56 acres of land with an R-8
zoning district and 18.79 acres of land with an R-15 zoning district; Preliminary Plat consisting of 158 building lots
and 17 common lots on 35.35 acres of land in the R-8 and R-15 zoning districts for Turf Farm Subdivision (H-2017-
0149) located off the northeast corner of S. Eagle Rd. and E. Lake Hazel Rd.;
Russ Hunemiller and Dirk Marcum for Short Plat consisting of 4 building lots on 1.91 acres of land in the
L-O zoning district for Sagewood Commons Subdivision (H-2018-0002) located at 1055 W. Overland Road
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any and all interested persons shall
be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be
limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing
date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings
shall become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents
