Re: Approved Planned Sign Program for Double D Home & Ranch
Young Electric Sign Company, on behalf of Double D Home & Ranch located at 3100 S. Meridian
Road submitted a Planned Sign Program application. This letter outlines my review and approval notes
of the Planned Sign Program.
The number and types of approved signage are as follows:
Center Signs (multi -tenant sign)
• Total # of allowed "center" type signs =1 (approved with this permit on Meridian Road.)
• An additional center sign is NOT perrnitted on Victory Road per UDC 11 -3D -9D2.
Free-standing Signs
• In addition to the main center sign, 1 free-standing sign is approved, with size and background
area not to exceed 10 feet in height and 70 square feet in background area.
• Future free-standing signs will require a sign permit.
Wall Signs
• Fifteen wall signs for Double D Home & Ranch are proposed and approved at this time.
• Each tenant will be allowed wall signs in accordance with UDC 11 -3D -9D3.
• Each of these future signs will require separate sign permits.
• Future proposed wall signs must be consistent in design as submitted with the Planned Sign
Program.
FREE-STANDING SIGNS SHALL NOT BE LOCATED WITHIN THE SITE TRIANGLE

Master Sign Program
Double D
This sign criteria is intended to act as a guideline for the development
as well as to maintain consistency regarding all signage. All
freestanding signs must be similar in design in order to create a
cohesive project.
i. One 30' center pylon is permitted on Meridian Road as per
current city code.
2. One monument sign is permitted on Meridian Road not to exceed
io' in overall height and 70 square feet in sign area.
3. One additional monument sign is permitted on Victory Road not
to exceed io' in overall height and 70 square feet but is not
proposed at this time.
j�l G 4. One center pylon is permitted on Victory Road as per current city
code, sign is proposed at this time but may be desired at a later
date.
5. Wall signs are permitted within the development and must
adhere to current city code (9% of the wall area if freestanding
signs are present). Wall signs may be internally illuminated or
non -illuminated.
6. All signs approved within the Master Sign Program will require
separate sign permits from the City of Meridian.

Mussell (a.k.a. Mussell Corner Master Sign Plan). Double D/Texaco hereby
has sole ownership of the corner on which they are located (north east corner
of SI -I 69 and Victory Road). I hereby grant them the authority to construct
any and all signage as they wish.
