Franklin Road Dear Mr. Caldwell: 888-1234 / fax 895-0390 Parks & Recreation This letter is in response to your sign permit application for the proposed subdivision 11 W. Bower Street identification sign for the Crossroads Professional Center. In your application you 888-3579 / fax 898-5501 asked to be allowed to install a subdivision identification sign on the southeast corner of the Blue Cross parcel located at 3000 E. Pine Avenue. Planning 660 E. Watertower Lane The City has denied your sign permit application. Meridian City Code 11-14-6.I Suite 202 884-5533 /fax 888-6844 prohibits off -premise signs, except as permitted and defined in Sections I1 -14-7.A. 4, I1 -14-9.E, and 11-14-9.J. While, 11-14-9.E allows some off -premise signs; they Police shall identify only the subdivision within which the sign is located. The proposed 1401 E. Watertower Lane sign is shown to be located outside the boundaries of the Crossroads Professional 888-6678 / 846-7366 Center. Therefore, it is deemed an off -premise sign that is not allowable under 1I - Public Works 14-9.E. 660 E. Watertower Lane Suite 200 Meridian City Code 11-1-11 allows for an appeal of this denial.
