DESCRIPTION FOR IDAHO POWER COMPANY
EASEMENT IN MURDOCK SUBDIVISION
The purpose of this description is for a power service easement, that crosses a parcel of
land lying in a portion of SEI/ of the NEI/4 of Section 18, T.3N., R. IE., B.M., Ada County,
Idaho and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a brass cap marking the East one quarter corner of the said Section 18;
Thence along the east boundary of section 18, N00°31'10"E, 664.63 feet to a point, Thence
continuing along the east boundary of section 18, N00°31' 15"E, 430.54 feet to a point, said point
bears S00°31'15"W, 1563.64 feet from the north east corner of section 18; Thence
N89°39'40"W, 744.87 feet along the centerline of E. Water Tower Street; Thence S00°20'20"F,,
44.44 feet to the south edge of the 15 foot utility easement for Murdock Subdivision No. 2, said
point being the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence along the centerline of a fifteen foot easement with 7.5 feet on each side of the
following described centerline S00°20'20"E, 287.00 feet;
Thence continuing along the centerline S86'3 1'29"E, 105..00 feet to a transformer pad.
