The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the variance request application by Schultz
Development representing Thair Pond to allow an accessory structure in the required front yard
setback, located at 2980 N. Meridian Rd., Meridian ID, north of I-84 milepost 44.10. ITD has the
following comments:
1. This property does not abut the State highway system.
2. ITD does not object to the variance request application for an accessory structure on
this property.
