RE: HP-2017-0168 PARAMOUNT SUBDIVISION NO. 29 MFP
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the request by Peter Harris Construction Inc. to
modify plat note #14 to allow Lot 15, Block 76 take access to N. Borgnine Ave. instead of the abutting common
driveway (Lot 16, Block 76), Paramount Subdivision No. 29 is located west of N. Meridian Road, north of West
Ensenada Drive, south of US -20/26 milepost 38.20. ITD has the following comments:
1. This project does not abut the State highway system.
2. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway system.
3. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact
Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at 334-8832 for more
information.
4. ITD has no objection to the modification of plat note #14 as described.
