Taylor Avenue at N. 10th Street, Meridian Idaho Dear Sir or Madam, On behalf of the 84 Lumber Company, I would like to submit the following information concerning business identification signs for our new store that is now under construction on West Taylor Avenue in Meridian, Idaho. The signs that we are proposing for this new store location are shown on the enclosed site plan. We are hopeful that you can review this information and provide us with guidance in obtaining the necessary permits to build these signs. To assist you with your review of our request, I have enclosed the following information: • SITE PLAN: An overall plan for the property that shows the placement of the identification signs being requested. • STRUCTURE PLAN: Detailed structure plans for the freestanding monument sign that is proposed for the property. • APPLICATION: A completed application on each of the identification signs being requested. As you will see from the attached information we propose the following signage:z'1?c new location. F V, Identification Sign One: The monument sign is located near the main entrance to the store. The sign would be an 8 -foot diameter 84 logo at an overall height of about 15 feet. The total square footage of this sign is less than 75 square feet. Identification Sign Two: The wall sign would be a back lit cabinet sign attached to the front of main building at the entrance to the retail store and would read "84 Lumber Company, Established 1956". The total square footage of this cabinet sign is 184 square feet. Identification Sign Three These would be painted signs on the east and west elevations of the main building. These signs would read "84 Lumber Company". The total square footage of each of these signs will be 74 square feet. The above noted signs would be all of the on -premise identification signage requested for the 84 Lumber store property in Meridian. Thank you for your consideration of this information.
