Re: Approved Sign Program for Meridian Insurance — 108 E. 3rd ST.
Signs Etc. has applied for a Planned Sign Program (PSP) application for the multi -tenant building at
108 E. 3rd Street. This letter outlines my review and approval notes of the PSP.
The number and types of approved signage are as follows:
Center Signs (multi -tenant sign)
• Total # of allowed "center" type signs = 1 (approved w/this application)
Free-standing Signs
• No additional free-standing signs are approved other than the existing center sign.
Wall Signs
• Wall signs are existing on the site
• Each tenant will be allowed wall signs in accordance with MCC 11-14-9.F. Each of these future
signs will require separate sign permits.
• Per the tenant agreement, exterior wall signs shall be non -illuminated.
• All future wall signs shall conform with the style of existing signage.
FREE-STANDING SIGN SHALL NOT BE LOCATED WITHIN THE SITE TRIANGLE

adjacent sidewalks, rights of way from center of streets, landscaping, screening.
