RE: H-2017-0166 AZ DESIGNING TEAM REZONE
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the request to rezone 0.36 of an acre from R-15
(Medium-high Density Residential) district to the O-T (Old Town) for the purpose of operating a health and
social service use, by Design Team, located at 1226 and a Half Street in Meridian Idaho, north of I-84 MP
44.20 ITD has the following comments:
1. This property does not abut the State highway system.
2. IDAPA 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact
Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at 334-8832 for
more information.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
4. ITD does not object to the rezone of this parcel.
