Gentlemen,
Per the attached comments, I honestly see no need or benefit in either of the proposed “Rim” Comp Plan text and map
amendments. If the concern is for the view shed it should be of, and not from, the rims.
The proposed changes don’t protect the visual “resource” but only the views of rim and hill-side homeowners.
I plan to attend and comment further at the February 6 th City Council hearing.
